1. Acceptance

By accessing signorella.xyz (the "Site") you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with anything below, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site is the personal portfolio of Geremia Signorella ("Gere"), web developer and marketing strategist based in Turin (Italy). It serves an informational and professional-presentation purpose; it does not constitute a binding commercial offer or contractual agreement.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, design, logo, front-end code, original images) is owned by Geremia Signorella, unless stated otherwise, and is protected by Italian and EU copyright law.

Project screenshots in the "Works" section are shown for portfolio and demonstration purposes. Trademarks, logos, and content belonging to client websites remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the Site's content is prohibited without the owner's explicit written authorization.

4. External links

The Site contains links to third-party resources (e.g. completed projects, social profiles, scheduling platforms). These links are provided for the user's convenience; Geremia Signorella does not control nor is responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of those sites.

5. Limitation of liability

The Site's content is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Geremia Signorella is not liable for:

  • Errors, omissions, or delays in the published content;
  • Any direct or indirect damages from the use or inability to use the Site;
  • Service interruptions due to technical reasons or events beyond reasonable control.

6. Contact form

The contact form in the final section of the Site sends your data to a server endpoint (Cloudflare Worker) that delivers the message to the owner via the Resend email service. Communications are processed according to the privacy policy.

7. Changes

Geremia Signorella reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. The last update date is shown at the top. Continued use of the Site after substantial changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the Court of Turin has exclusive jurisdiction, except for non-derogable jurisdictions in favour of consumers.
